Each month, you’ll receive a live confidence session, a calming recorded activation, a reflection prompt, and our Tuesday TEA connection call — all inside a nurturing community of women who truly understand this season of life.

• Monthly Live Group Call  - Start each month with a Live confidence and purpose focused Zoom call where we explore themes relevant to this time of life. You can listen quietly (camera on or off), or join in and share — both are equally welcome. Replays are available so you will never miss out if you can't attend.
• Mindset Activation - Each month you'll access to a short 5–8 minute audio or video recording to activate a positive, feel-good mindset. It's perfect to listen to on your own time when doubt or heaviness settles in so you can tap into quiet strength, motivation, or belief. 
• Reflection or Journal Prompt - Each month, posted in the group, will be a brand new 5-minute clarity practice. This will be a gentle prompt or mini-journaling moment for you to explore on your own time — designed to awaken inner clarity or spark something within without it feeling like “homework.”
